Photo-polymerization reactions are the reactions which can take place by using light as the energy source. AcryloCure® is fast cured photocurable resin with many advantages such as single component, no solvent is required, fast room temperature cure, excellent adhesion to numerous substrates. These adhesives are transparent to slightly yellow coloured cure rapidly to form thermoset polymers with excellent adhesion to numerous substrates. These are transparent to slightly yellow coloured giving maximum curing thickness (7 mm), completely surface curing with excellent adhesion property.The wavelength of curing is in visible range (400-420 nm).The different variants of AcryloCure® are available depending upon viscosity ranging from thin liquids to thixotropic gels also depending upon final properties of cured resin from rigid to soft elastomers.

AcryloCure® resin for 3D printer

Alacris® Research and Development specially developed photo curable resin – Acrylocure® for all types of SLA / DLP 3D printer. It is broadly categorized into two type – Castable (CA) and Non-castable (NC) light curable resin depending upon the application areas. Acrylocure® Castable resin comes with the 5-40 % wax content. The CA-20 as well as NC-01 has the viscosity  and curing wavelength as required for all types of SLA / DLP 3D printers used for prototypes, high-cost jewelry casting, etc. The cured resin found to have very good mechanical properties.

Apart from these, Alacris® Research and Development has also wide range of  photo curable resins which has curing wavelength in the range of  365 – 470 nm with different mechanical properties depending upon application need.
