3D Printer Resin
AcryloCure® is fast cured photocurable resin with many advantages such as single component, no solvent is required, fast room temperature cure, complete surface curing. It is available in different colors as well as different forms such as rigid, flexible, etc. The wavelength of curing is in visible range (400-420 nm).
APPLICATION FOR DLP / SLA 3D PRINTERS
Alacris® Research and Development specially developed photo curable resin – AcryloCure® for all types of SLA / DLP 3D printer. It is of two type – Castable and Non-castable light curable resin depending upon the application areas. Acrylocure® Castable resin comes with the 5-40 % wax content. It has the viscosity and curing wavelength as required for all types of SLA / DLP 3D printers used for prototypes, high-cost jewelry casting, etc. The cured resin found to have very good mechanical properties.
Apart from these, Alacris® Research and Development has also wide range of photo curable resins which has curing wavelength in the range of 365 – 470 nm with different mechanical properties depending upon application need such as soft rubbery to hard and rigid.
VARIANTS
AcryloCure® UV-curable 3D printer Resin made for fast and quick prototyping, jewelry casting, metal part casting and engineering use. We are also providing resin with different physicals properties such as rigidity, flexibility and stretch-ability as per end uses. It is available in multiple colors which enhance appearance of the printed objects to provide finishing work before casting.
AcryloCure® 3D Printer Resin color variants are Transparent, White, Light Grey, Crystal Violet Blue, Yellow, Sky Blue and Casting Red.

AcryloCure® Castable 3D Printer Resin
• AcryloCure® CA 20 is castable light curable resin for all types of SLA / DLP printers.
• Castable resins have zero ash content after burnout.
• It came with the viscosity of 1000 cP.
• Curing wavelength in the range of 395 – 420 nm.
• Contains wax (20% ).
• Available in 250 ml, 500 ml and 1000 ml container sizes.
AcryloCure® Non-castable 3D Printer Resin
• AcryloCure® NC 01 is non-castable light curable resin for all types of SLA / DLP printers.
• It came with the viscosity of 1000 cP.
• Curing wavelength in the range of 395 – 420 nm.
• Available in 250 ml, 500 ml and 1000 ml container sizes.
